Ginger Barcus is a compassionate and results-driven professional with over two decades of leadership experience in healthcare, real estate, and financial services. Originally from Ohio, Ginger relocated to Los Angeles ten years ago and has since built a thriving career, successfully managing a home care business that has served the community with distinction.
Ginger’s passion for providing exceptional care stems from personal experience. She cared for her father until he passed at the age of 94, giving her unique insight into the challenges and emotions faced by families navigating care decisions. Having been on both sides of the situation—as a caregiver and as a family member—Ginger brings an empathetic and comprehensive perspective to her work, ensuring clients receive the highest level of support and understanding.
